Exchange Method
Keep the first parcel unopened & unused.
We will send you a new parcel with your desired product.
The first parcel will be collected by our courier service.

Exchange Policy
If you accidentally place the wrong order, you will need to cover the exchange shipping fee.
If the mistake is from Earthly Herb Store, we will cover the shipping charges.
Damages & Issues
