We offer a 14-day Exchange Policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange.

Exchange Method

Here’s how the exchange process works:

Keep the original parcel unopened and unused.

We will send you a new parcel with the item of your choice.

Our courier service will pick up the original parcel from you.


Exchange Shipping Fees

If the customer accidentally places the wrong order, the exchange shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the mistake is on Earthly Herb Store’s part, no shipping fees will be charged for the exchange.
